1. General Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or an exchange. Unfortunately, requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.


2. Returns and Exchanges Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions, including the return address.
  3. Carefully package the item you are returning, making sure to include the invoice or a document indicating the order number.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect its condition. If it meets our return criteria, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 2 days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or errors made by us.


4. Defective Products or Order Errors
